  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).
  • While we make every effort to display product colors and descriptions as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing updates.

4. Order Processing and Fulfillment

  • Order Placement: By placing an order, you offer to purchase products subject to these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Processing & Cut-off Times: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST); orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship exclusively within the United States (USA).
  • A standard flat shipping rate of $10.99 applies to orders unless specified otherwise at checkout.
  • Estimated total delivery time is 8 to 10 days (including processing and transit).
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Packages returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer will incur reshipment charges payable by the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Return Window: Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached, accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Exchanges & Refunds: We accept exchanges and returns for defective items, as well as incorrect items shipped. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Full refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout upon successful inspection of returned goods.
